About AniMinneapolis

When it comes to 3 straight days of anime, anime, anime, AniMinneaplis is the con you want to attend. Whether you like video games or music parties, this con has something for you.

First up, the schedule of events is right on point. As an anime event, this one has concerts, dances, and room parties. At the same time, the guests are cool too. During this con, you’ll get to meet a number of industry favorites. Still, you can enjoy playing video games and tabletop games of all types. At this con, there’s also 32″ LCD screens for mega-tournaments like you’ve never seen. And let’s not forget about the DDR!

When you attend, along with the Maid Café, events like the Formal Fantasy Cosplay Ball and the Masquerade are must-attend. For the Masquerade, you’ll get to show off your own outfits and see out-of-this-world talent. If you want to compete, all you have to do is sign up! And the formal ball has professional dance lessons just for you!

And every night, there are nightly dancing with DJs. Dance until you can’t dance anymore with EDM. Whether you love techno, trance, jumpstyle or anything in between, there’s no end to these exciting parties. And there’s geek-focused concerts too! Oh, did we mention the date auction? You can even find love at this con!

And for those of you who love Japanese culture and anime, you’ll be welcome in your cosplay, and with the vendors, you’ll be able to pick up everything you need to make this event an exciting one. Costumes, plushies, DVDs, and more. There’s even going to be plenty of artists selling their unique pieces!

In all honesty though, AniMinneapolis has the main focus of providing a safe place for everyone to have fun. At the con, there are tons of events within events, and over three days, you’re going to get to experience all of it. At the heart of this con, is the appreciate of everything anime and Japanese culture related. Just make sure you stop by the ConSweet for a few treats!
