If you’re in the mood for an anime con, Uchi-con is the right combination of every aspect of a quality con. And it doesn’t hurt that it’s free and that this year’s con has a maid cafe!
Of course, this con is a seriously epic event with a number of unique aspects. First, we love that you can grab some noodles at the cafe. But we’re also sure you won’t be able to get enough activities like anime bingo!
Throughout the event, you’ll also get your fill of anime and film screenings. There’s even a gaming room to ensure you can play your favorites. Once you consider that there’s also a masquerade ball, a cosplay contest, karaoke, a silent auction, and an artist alley, you’ll be ready to attend.
And really, this is one of Chicago’s best cons, especially for anime. You can certainly let your inner geek run wild throughout the event!
