For this one, you’re going to find an event that’s packed from wall-to-wall with everything anime. In Rocket City, Hamacon promises a huge schedule of fun.
With some amazing guests, you’ll be enjoying the panels and autograph sessions without question. From Soul Eater to A Certain Scientific Railgun S, this con has an excellent lineup of celebrities. Ayu Sakata will be attending, as will names like Aaron Dismuke.
And if the cosplay contest doesn’t do it for you, this event doesn’t stop there. Along with vendors and panels, this event has a few other surprises in store. For example, the Anime Music Video Contest is your chance to really compete at something unique.
Yet, when you add in the Hama Rave, you’re talking about an entire party dedicated to Japanese culture and anime. Dance to some K-Pop, enjoy some BABYMETAL, and rip up the dance floor with all your friends. But before you finish at this con, make sure you make a pit stop at the gaming zone. There you’ll find board games and video games alike, and you’ll be able to battle it out to your heart’s content!
Friday: 12pm to midnight
